SUMMARY:

Right of action; accrual. Provides that actions for damage to property accrue when the injury is sustained rather than when the duty is breached. Currently, the language of the statute literally requires that actions for property damage, like contract actions, accrue when the duty is breached.

The bill is recommended by the Boyd-Graves Conference.
