SUMMARY:
Unlawful ammunition feeding device. Makes unlawful the sale, possession with intent to sell, or use in the commission of a crime of an ammunition feeding device which can accept more than 10 rounds of ammunition if the device was manufactured after enactment of the federal Violent Crime Control Act of 1994. Sale or possession with intent to sell is punishable as a Class 6 felony and unlawful use is punished as a Class 5 felony.
