SUMMARY:

Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation; Virginia Real Estate Transaction Recovery Fund. Increases from six to twelve months from when a judgment becomes final for a person to file a claim against the Virginia Real Estate Transaction Recovery Fund. The bill specifies that it applies to judgments entered on or after July 1, 1996.
