SUMMARY:

Wills; sale of real estate. Allows persons entitled to inherit real estate to obtain, upon the filing of a refunding bond, with surety, the proceeds from a sale of the property if the property is sold within the one-year "waiting period" following the decedent's death. Under current law, the proceeds must be held by a special commissioner for one year following the sale.
