SUMMARY:

Annual report of the Supreme Court of Virginia. Requires an annual report containing information regarding caseload statistics in all the courts, disposition of appeals and summary breakdown of appeals, and other general information on the court system. General publication and distribution of the report is allowed.

The Supreme Court is also required to survey the circuit courts and publish any local rules or guidelines.
