SUMMARY:
Discovery; delinquent juveniles. Makes the rules of discovery applicable to misdemeanor cases and felony preliminary hearings in the general district courts applicable to proceedings in the juvenile or family courts in which a juvenile is alleged to be delinquent. The rules provide for an order to permit discovery and/or a continuance if the court finds that the prosecutor has at any time during the proceeding failed to comply with the rule.
