SUMMARY:
Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation; Board for Hearing Aid Specialists; sale by corporations. Removes the annual reporting requirements for corporations, partnerships, trusts, associations and other like organizations who sell hearing aids at retail. Currently every such organization must file with the Board for Hearing Aid Specialists a list of all licensed hearing aid specialists it employs, as well as a statement that it will comply with the law in this area.
