SUMMARY:
Duty of care. Extends the provisions of the duty of care statute to include Department of Emergency Services hazardous materials officers and nonfirefighter regional hazardous materials emergency response team members. The duty of care statute codifies duties of property owners with regard to any duty to warn of potentially dangerous conditions of the property.
