SUMMARY:
Virginia Private Property Rights Act. Allows citizens to bring civil suits for just compensation when the enactment of a law or regulation or the enforcement of a law or regulation diminishes the value of a person's private real property by more than twenty percent. Law enforcement activities and activities that follow formal eminent domain procedures are exempt.
