SUMMARY:
Hunting with crossbows. Requires that a physically disabled person, before he obtains a license to hunt with a crossbow, complete a special block of instruction within the hunter education program on the safe use of the crossbow. The Department of Game and Inland Fisheries is required to offer this safety course. The physically disabled person, once he receives his license, will no longer be limited to hunting on his own property.
