SUMMARY:

Division of Purchases and Supply; surplus equipment. Authorizes the Director of the Division of Purchases and Supply, in accordance with the provisions of the surplus property law, to delegate to selected and approved state agencies and institutions of higher education, the authority to dispose of their own surplus equipment.
