SUMMARY:

Housing; Virginia Housing Partnership Revolving Fund. Changes the Fund's name to the "Virginia Affordable Housing Fund" and transfers certain powers of the Board for Housing and Community Development relating to the Fund to the Director of the HCD. The bill also transfers authority related to the investment of the Fund from the Director of HCD to the Executive Director of the VHDA. The bill also contains technical amendments.
