SUMMARY:
Criminal Justice Services Board; licensing of locksmiths. Provides for the licensing and registration of locksmiths and locksmith assistants effective January 1, 1998. The bill also exempts from the examination requirement locksmiths who have offered services to the general public on a regular and continuous basis for two or more years.
