SUMMARY:
Neighborhood Assistance Act. Increases the amount of tax credit for programs approved under the Neighborhood Assistance Act for the years July 1, 1996, through June 30, 1998, from eight million dollars to ten million dollars, two million of which shall be designated for programs serving impoverished areas.
