SUMMARY:
Notice of complaint procedure. Requires practitioners of the healing arts who are licensed by the Board of Medicine to prominently post the premises of their offices with a notice stating, "Complaint Procedure," which provides information on the procedures for filing a complaint against a practitioner with the Board, and which notifies persons of their right to notify the Board of the unprofessional conduct of a practitioner.
