SUMMARY:
Health Professions; Department to collect physician information. Requires the Department to collect annually from every licensed physician practicing in the Commonwealth information on their practice, background, experience, types of procedures performed and mortality rates, list of facilities for which referral disclosure is required, and malpractice history. This information shall be made available to any consumer. Failure to provide this information may result in disciplinary action.
