SUMMARY:
Support. Provides that when an appeal is taken from a circuit court support order: (i) the order may be retroactively modified from the date notice of appeal is given and (ii) if the order is vacated or reversed, amounts overpaid or underpaid during the pendency of the appeal are to be reimbursed or credited toward future payments
