SUMMARY:
Uninsured motorist insurance coverage. Amends the definition of "insured" in § 38.2-2206 to provide that an insured includes (i) any person (with the express or implied consent of the named insured) who uses the motor vehicle specifically described in the named insured's policy and (ii) a guest in the motor vehicle specifically described in the named insured's policy.
