SUMMARY:

Motor vehicle insurance. Authorizes a motor vehicle insurer to cancel a policy of motor vehicle insurance if the named insured (or his attorney-in-fact) has notified the insurer of a change in the insured's legal residence to a state other than Virginia and the insured vehicle will be principally garaged in the new state of residence.
