SUMMARY:

Virginia Post-Disaster Anti-Price Gouging Act. Creates the Virginia Post-Disaster Anti-Price Gouging Act to prevent price gouging upon the declaration of an emergency and 30 days after the termination of the emergency. Violations of the act are deemed a violation of the Consumer Protection Act.
