SUMMARY:

Perfection of a misdemeanor appeal. Allows the court, on a motion of the Commonwealth, to declare that a defendant's appeal is unperfected if that defendant fails to appear, without cause, for his scheduled appeal. The court may then enter an order affirming the judgment.
