SUMMARY:
Institutes for technology training for teachers, administrators, and librarians. Directs the State Council of Higher Education to establish, from such funds as may be appropriated for this purpose, institutes providing technology training for teachers, administrators, and librarians in the elementary and secondary schools and public libraries of the Commonwealth. The institutes will be established at no more than three sites, which may include two- and four-year public institutions of higher education.
