SUMMARY:

License agents. Rescinds the Department of Game and Inland Fisheries' policy that first year license agents, known as cash agents, are required to submit a $2,000 cash deposit to Department in order to operate as a licensing agent. Currently, the deposit is refunded to the agent upon his resignation as a license agent and a full settlement of his account, or upon his conversion to a consignment agent.
