SUMMARY:

Compulsory school attendance; minor's eligibility to obtain a driver's license. The bill requires compliance with compulsory school attendance laws for a minor to be eligible to obtain a driver's license unless the minor's parent provides written consent for the minor to obtain a license or until the minor reaches the age of eighteen.
