HB 1065 Board of Pharmacy; registration of pharmacy technicians.
Introduced by: Robert D. Hull | all patrons ... notes | add to my profiles
SUMMARY:
Board of Pharmacy. Clarifies that the Board of Pharmacy must register pharmacy technicians and establish training requirements for these clerical workers. The Board presently controls the number of pharmacy technicians that can be supervised; however, it is not clear what, if any, training programs, the Board requires of these technicians. Under this provision, the Board would set the training requirements to protect the public from risk of harm.
