SUMMARY:
Long-Term Care Ombudsman. Changes references of "personnel" in the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman program to "entity" since there are no personnel in the office and the 1995 budget item transferred these funds to the local area agencies on aging will perform these functions. The Department for the Aging has the responsibility to designate who will perform the ombudsman function pursuant to the Older Americans Act, P.L. 100-175.
