SUMMARY:
Subdivision ordinance. Provides that localities may not unreasonably prohibit public utility connections to property which is located on a private right-of-way which abuts a public street. Under current law, a subdivision ordinance may include provisions for the extent to which and the manner in which water and storm and sanitary sewer and other public utilities are to be installed.
