SUMMARY:

Motor vehicle child restraint devices. Transfers the administration of providing child restraint devices to indigents from the Department of Motor Vehicles to the Department of Health. Child restraint device purchases by the Department of Health shall be subject to the requirements of the Virginia Public Procurement Act.
