SUMMARY:

Appeals of support cases. Clarifies that in all support cases wherein a court sanctions a party, no appeal from the sanction shall be allowed unless the party gives bond with surety. The bill also provides that a court may deny a party's release on bail without payment of support arrearages and current obligations, guaranteed by surety.
