SUMMARY:

Division of Purchases and Supply; regulations governing procurement. Requires the Division of Purchases and Supply to adopt regulations requiring public bodies, before the procurement of any computer system, equipment or software, to consider whether the proposed computer system is capable of producing products which facilitate access by the public to official records under the Freedom of Information Act or other applicable law.
