RESOLVED by the Senate, the House of Delegates concurring, That the General Assembly confirm the following interim appointments made by Governor George Allen related to finance:

FINANCE Board of the Virginia Public Building Authority:

Scot N. Creech, 2600 Barrett Street, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23452, Member, effective July 1, 1995, to serve for a term of five years, to succeed Ted P. Blanks.

Debt Capacity Advisory Committee:

Walter W. Craigie, Wheat First Butcher Singer, Riverfront Plaza, West Tower, 901 East Byrd Street, Fifth Floor, Richmond, Virginia 23211, Member, effective July 1, 1994, to serve for a term of three years; and

David T. Ralston, Jr., 6510 Rockland Drive, Clifton, Virginia 22024, Member, effective July 1, 1994, to serve for a term of five years, to succeed Caspa L. Harris, Jr.
