SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 129 Confirming appointments to the State Health Benefits Advisory Council.

RESOLVED by the Senate, the House of Delegates concurring, That the General Assembly confirm the following appointments by the Senate Committee on Privileges and Elections to the State Health Benefits Advisory Council made in accordance with the provisions of § 2.1-20.1:01 of the Code of Virginia:

Pat Finnerty, Joint Commission on Health Care, 1001 East Broad Street, # 115, Richmond, Virginia 23219, to serve for an unexpired term ending June 30, 1996;

George Middleton, Jr., 2510 Cromwell Road, Norfolk, Virginia 23509, to serve for a term of two years ending June 30, 1997, to succeed himself;

Joan H. Munford, 205 East Eakin Street, Blacksburg, Virginia 24060, to serve for an unexpired term ending June 30, 1996; and

Susan Clarke Schaar, Clerk of the Senate, P. O. Box 396, Richmond, Virginia 23203, to serve for a term of two years ending June 30, 1997, to succeed herself.
