Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 46.2-749.6:1 as follows:

§ 46.2-749.6:1 Special license plates for supporters of the United Network for Organ Sharing.

On receipt of an application therefor, the Commissioner shall issue special license plates to supporters of the United Network for Organ Sharing.
