An Act to amend and reenact § 3.1-563 of the Code of Virginia and to repeal § 3.1-571 of the Code of Virginia, relating to license fees for creameries, plants and stations.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 3.1-563 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 3.1-563. Application for license.

It shall be the duty of the proprietor or proprietors of every creamery, cheese plant, condensed milk plant, ice cream plant, milk distributing plant, and milk and cream buying station in this Commonwealth where milk or cream is received, by purchase or otherwise, to apply to the Commissioner, upon blanks furnished by the Commissioner, for a license for each separate place of business, the application to be accompanied in each case by a license fee of ten dollars.

2. That § 3.1-571 of the Code of Virginia is repealed.
