Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 54.1-2105.2 as follows:

§ 54.1-2105.2. Use of professional name by licensee.

A licensee of the Board may use a professional name other than a legal name if that professional name is filed with the Board prior to its use.
