Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 46.2-749.7:1 as follows:

§ 46.2-749.7:1. Special license plates; Apple Blossom Festival.

On receipt of an application therefore, the Commissioner shall issue to the applicant special license plates bearing the legend: Apple Blossom Festival.
