45.1-184.1. Application for permit; adjoining landowners; local official; zoning compliance.

A. The application for a permit shall be accompanied by a statement showing the names and addresses of the owners of property within one thousand feet of the property line of any land proposed to be permitted and certification that such landowners have been notified by certified mail of the application for a permit unless notified previously.
