CHAPTER 55 An Act to amend and reenact § 46.2-667 of the Code of Virginia, relating to farm machinery. [H 494] Approved March 4, 1996

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 46.2-667 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 46.2-667. Farm machinery and tractors.

No person shall be required to obtain the registration certificate, license plates and decals, or pay the prescribed fee for any farm machinery or tractor when operated on a highway for no more than twenty miles between one tract of land and another regardless of whether the land is owned by the same person.
