CHAPTER 30 An Act to amend and reenact § 6.1-418 of the Code of Virginia, relating to banking and finance; annual reports of mortgage brokers and lenders. [S 230] Approved March 4, 1996

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 6.1-418 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 6.1-418. Annual report.

Each lender or broker required to be licensed under this chapter shall annually, on or before March 25 1, file a written report with the Commissioner containing such information as the Commissioner may require concerning his business and operations during the preceding calendar year as to each licensed place of business. Reports shall be made under oath and shall be in the form prescribed by the Commissioner, which shall make and publish annually an analysis and recapitulation of the reports.
