Only individuals may purchase lottery tickets and claim prize winnings. In all cases, the identity and social security number of all individuals who receive any portion of the proceeds of the winning ticket must be provided in order to comply with this section and §§ 58.1-4015, 58.1-4016 and 58.1-4026, and Chapter 13 (§ 63.1-249 et seq.) of Title 63.1.
