However, any contract entered into with a major league baseball franchise shall include provisions requiring the revenues generated from the facility, as defined in § 15.1-227.70, to be divided between the Authority and the franchise. The revenues shall be divided in the same proportion as the cost of the stadium, offsite utilities, parking lots or garages and any other items related to the construction and operation of a stadium, as compared to the cost of the franchise. At such time as all bonds issued by the Authority have been paid in full, the Authority's share of revenues shall revert to the state general fund
