SUMMARY:
Study; late fees on bills. Requests the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and the Bureau of Financial Institutions of the State Corporation Commission to determine whether consumer protection problems exist because of procedures followed by creditors in applying and calculating late fees or charges on accounts delayed in the mail.
