SUMMARY:

Use of vacant state and local land. Expresses the sense of the General Assembly that state departments, agencies and political subdivisions be encouraged to make vacant land available to families and senior citizens for gardening and requests that the Virginia Cooperative Extension Service provide technical assistance for this effort.
