Study; Uniform Commercial Code. Continues the Joint Subcommittee Studying Modifications to the Uniform Commercial Code (U.C.C.) as proposed by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws. The National Conference expects to have proposed revisions to U.C.C. Article 5 (letters of credit) ready in 1995 for review and consideration by state legislatures.
