Study; Northern Virginia Regional Transportation Authority. Requests the Transportation Coordinating Council of Northern Virginia to study regional transportation planning in Northern Virginia, including the purpose, needs, benefits, authority, composition, responsibility, and funding of a Northern Virginia Regional Transportation Authority. The Council is requested to appoint an advisory task force to assist it in its work.
