SUMMARY:

False Cape State Park. Memorializes Congress to support the establishment of a permanent corridor through Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge to False Cape State Park. The United States Fish and Wildlife Service, the federal agency responsible for managing the refuge, has limited the access of Virginia citizens and park employees to False Cape by placing severe restrictions on travel through the refuge.
