SUMMARY:
Unauthorized immigrants. Requests the Secretary of Health and Human Resources to establish procedures to identify illegal aliens living in the Commonwealth, to verify documents presented by immigrants applying for social services to ascertain their authenticity, and to report the cost of all services being provided to unauthorized immigrants by the state.
