SUMMARY:
Computer trespass. Expands the intent element of the crime of computer trespass to include the specified acts done in reckless disregard of a substantial and unjustifiable risk of damage or injury. Currently the act requires an intent to cause injury or damage. The enhanced penalty for malicious trespass may be imposed where the aggregate damage is $1,000 or more within a year, rather than the current $2,500 per act requirement.
