SUMMARY:
Rehabilitation services; Virginia Assistive Technology Loan Fund. Creates the Virginia Assistive Technology Loan Authority and Fund to buy down interest rates of lending institutions and provide a loan guarantee for loans to qualified borrowers in order to acquire equipment designed to enhance the independence of persons with disabilities.
