SUMMARY:

Workers' compensation; definition of injury; employer-sponsored social or recreational activities. Excludes from the Virginia Workers' Compensation Act's definition of “injury” any injury, disease or condition resulting from an employee's participation in employer-sponsored off-duty recreational activities which are not part of the employee's duties.
